Mend Boiler Radiator Leak

temperature control valve is leaking how do i replace it?

my central heating is leaking and i want to replace the radiator valves how do i drain the system it is old and water is heated from back boiler

Shut off the water at the feed & expansion tank, or turn off thecold feed if you have a primatic tank. Open the drain, open the radiator bleed points, then when water has stopped coming out of drain replace the valve and re-fill the system.
