Mend suzuki sj50qt Scooter Start Spark

suzuki sj50qt scooter wont start ?

scooter does run for 2 secs then cuts out i have changed the spark plug if i leave it for a while the same thing will happen it sounds like it is flooding and perhaps i need to adjust the carburetta how do i do this ? thanks

i have the same problem i did adjust the air intake to let more air in (dont no why i did this ) so i think it could be a carburetta proble aswell
