nrg lost low end power after repacking the silencer?

i tried my standard and laser x again and it just seems to vibrate alot wen i open the throttle with all the exhausts now without the revs increasing so no power untill about 5 seconds after i initially pulled throttle and tries to cut out sometimes 2 wen throttle opened and i noticed it ticks over at 2500rpm and its meant tick lower then that could the clutch or variater be worn out and if so r mallossi ones any good the rollers r new and so is the belt witch is mallossi lso the pipe that goes to the secondary air thing from exhaust is it meant to be blocked up wit sport exhausts on thanks 4 ur help its apriciated(think that how 2 spell it)

its the exhaust pipe mate,there isnt enough back pressure to make it run right you could try lighter rollers if that doesnt work put the old pipe back on.seen it loads of times
