Mend Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi LX Light Started Lost

mondeo 2.0 tdci lx....glow plugflashing?

the glowplug light on my mondeo started to flash it then lost power( no acceleration) turned off and restarted and is fine any ideas.... also onother light has come on which i thought was a low water light (next to the glowplug light) but the water levels are fine
