Mend Fridgemaster MS121 Working Seconds Cuts

How can I fix my 2yr old Fridgemaster fridge/freezer?

The power comes on (light working) and the fridge/freezer comes on for a couple of seconds then cuts out. Could it be the the thermostat?Julie
