Mend Tank Sports DB50QT-11 Cuts Running Engine

My DB50QT-11 won't accelerate and cuts out after 20 seconds of running?

I have recently swapped the engine in my db50qt11 and now the engine will not gain revs and cuts out every 10 meters or so also the bike has no power and only does 10mph. I have tried many things like a new carb and cleaning the fuel system out but nothing's working.

Notorious for valve (tappet) adjustment being bad on delivery. Adjust tappets and try again.
