how do I get me boiler to work ?

hi I have a potterton prima 30f and it dosn't seem to be working. I don't know if it has a poliet light but it isn't firing up and there is no hot water I have tried switching it off at the wall and that doesn't seem to work so was wondering if any one had any suggestion on how I could get the piolet light back up and running.

Potterton Prima 30F Heating, Home Heating Systems Me Boiler Work

You need engineer to look into it. Does boiler have live and Switch live than its a boiler problem. If no switch live than problem else where in control

if it firing up on heating ?
if it is its not a boiler problem its more likely a mot valve issue etc.
