transit 2.4 duratorq no power!?

Hi can amyone help ive got a 115bhp lwb hitop rwd van on a 2004 04 ive had mine plugged in and come back with fault egr valve over fuelling and crank sensor at fault, ive had all faults cleared and the mil light switched of on dash. Ive replaced the egr valve and turned key in egnition and the glow plug light now goes out. Went back to garage had it plugged back on diagnostic and had all faults cleared , i then drove about 200 yrds and went to rev over 3000 rpm and its seemed to kick back on pedal not letting me go higher, it allways starts but when on idle sounds fine then when you rev sounds abit noisey ontop end like a knocking noise, cananyine help ? Could the timing chain have jumped one notch . Will it help if iclean the injectors is it worth takin them out to see if all good , any help as its doung my head in .

hi lads i have a 02 transit 2.4 duratorq and it cuts out when started after 10 seconds .it will run if i rev the stones out of it.it will drive but splutter

if the chian had jump on the pump it will sill run fine when you time the pump to the chian the pump it can go in any way,the commen prob is chian pad brakes on the right hand side stood at the front of ur van which the chian go,s lose which may cause the timming to be out but on the cams or crank,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ford r after ur money mate

ford are full of s**t take it to nationwide repair centre and have the ecu cleared of all codes the remaining code is the fault i have 02 duratorq with same problem it was airflow censor under egr wire was split and broken we cut it off and put 2 spade heads on and clearted the remaining fault now runs sweet as a nut at 90mph. if you offer cash in hand may get the job done cheap. cost me £50. good luck billy.
