Mend Vaillant mag 125 Replaced Top Valve

mag 125 vaillant?

i have availlant mag 125 which was frost damaged,i have replaced the top of the water valve and diaphram there are now no leaks but the water runs very slow and it wont ignite allthough the pilot light is ok
