how to remove drum from AEG oko-lavamat 72620?

during the wash cycle a bra wire came out of the bra and went through one of the holes in the drum - how can I retrieve it?

remove the heating element.held in with one 10mm nut that is in the centre of the element.once released prise out with a screwdriver.hopefully then you can retreive the bra wire!
