Homelite Strimmer Won't accelerate when throttle is opened?

I have the same problem as Martin. The manual tells me to turn the H needle ( Rt. hand) counterclockwise 1/16 turn and if it can't be turned any further (Mine can't ) Contact a Sears Service Centre. Where do I find that? ( I'm in Cornwall UK )
