had the same thing on my baumatic dishwash .Bottom right corner behind kick panel there was a plastic cover behind that was a sump/dish to collect drips , spills etc when full it gave error 4 and stopped machine working MAKE SURE POWER IS OFF and mop up water hope your machine is similar as this tip has just saved me £90 from baumatic call out charge
