Mend Samsung SER 650011 Keys Work Reg

My Samsung till SER 650011 is stuck on close and the keys won't work?

Well my Samsung Till is on reg mode but it's stuck on closed, and none of keys will work.....if you press the Cash key it says bad flow, then if you press any of the number keys it just has blank dashes. you can trun it to z, x, program and void and it dosen't say closed!! Someone PLZ help me!

Have you tried logging on? 'CLOSED' means no one has entered their log on code to operate the register. try 1 CLERK
