How difficult is changing the front end panels of my 206 1.4 hdi?
I had an accident and the front end of my 206, including bonnet, bumper, wings and radiator, need replacing. I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade and am seriously considering doing the work myself. Will i need to do any welding or are they all bolt on parts?
bonnet is easy enough to remove, wings are easy to remove as is front bumper. all bolt on. radiator is very easy to replace. if there is damage underneath these panels these are all welded on, depends how bad crash was, could straighten them out if not too bad. only way to tell is remove all bolt on panels.
