staining laminate flooring?

A simple answer is no. If its timber Laminate Flooring however they can sometimes be sanded but not very well because you will only have roughly 3mm to play with and when the Big Machines get on them they can sand through to the MDF fairly quickly so there wont be many Floorsander that will be will to take on a job like that. My advice is to Replace it
