how can i fix my gear-box problem (automatic peugeot 206)?
i took my car to car wash and wash its engine , then when i started it it has problem shown as " gear box fault" .when i put "D" as drive it shows that fault. I think water goes through that gear-box. how can i fix it? is it actually fixable?
pug 206 1.4 lx reg2001 auto ok when pulls away and no speed and will not go into 2nd it'salmost like the clutch is slipping. I have found out that someone has put powering steering fluid in the gearbox instead of gearbox fluid. would this cause the problems?

might just be water in electric box giving error messsages. black box on top of gearbox. try drying it out first.
