Mend Reebok Rx 5000 Treadmill Repair Fitness

Treadmill doesn't work?

My treadmill - Reebok Rx 5000 makes noise and doesn't run well. Sometime the speed suddenly goes up and at other times it goes down. Also the plastic sheet under the belt is torn. Please help.
