Mend Sony STR-DE475 Sound Front Stopped

How can I fix my SONY STR-DE475 home amplifier?

I have no sound out of front 2 speakers but have sound out of surround and center speakers just stopped working thanks?

I can't remove "protect". I tried all the usual attempts. Is there a circuit or diode I can remove by myself.When I turn it on (AFD & set-up) light up with Protect.
