Mend Indesit 1560V Tumble Dryer

INDESIT 1560V REVERSE ACTION TUMBLE DRYER?

The tumble dryer will turn one way and when it goes to turn the other way it will not work. I have taken the back off to see if I could see anything wrong and it worked fine with the back off, once I put the back on it reverted to the same problem. With the back off I noticed only half of the heating element was lit.
