Diplomat Dishwasher?

Hi Charlotte, it may be the drain pump that is jammed.You could try Glen Dimplex / Stoves as they repair the Diplomat appliances. MFI went bust in Nov 2008 so it must have been in storage a long time.If you write to the insurance company,I expect Domestic and general, they usually are very good at honouring warranties.Hope all goes well.

Have rung the number and although we paid for an extra 4 years cover, the first year is guaranteed by MFI who obvioulsy wont honour it. They said that as it is an existing fault, when the year is up, it wont be covered. Anyone any ideas?

MFI are out of business but some warranties are being honoured...
