Is my boiler broken or do I just need to replace my Danfoss Rx1?

My Baxi Combi boiler is working at all. There are no LED;s lit at all. I think i've isolated the problem to the Danfoss Rx1 box, which I think isn't working as there are no LED's working on it and there is definitely electricity going through it as I metered it.
I have a TP5000 and that definitely works. Do you think it probably is the Danfoss box or could it be the boiler itself?

Here's hoping I get my hot water back soon!
