i moved into new house with potterton flamingo 50, can not just run water heating can only get water heating and CH together, have found pump under floor boards in bedroom above boiler can not find the diverter valve which i suspect is sticking, it is not in airing cupboard around the hot water tank, my controller is a Danfoss 102E5
