how can i fix my rca opal m4002 mp3 player?

how can i fix my mp3 player. the 2gb rca opal m4002 with the 1.5" full color oled display. when i turn it on the opal logo flashes. after i hit reset and turn it back on it takes a couple minutes to start playing and when i try to change the song the opal logo starts flashing again
