The ICV on the Zafira above is integrated in the Throtle Body. I don't know if you can clean that one. I have personally tried to see if there is a hole or something from the Throtle body to the ICV but did not find one. Vauxhall said they would happily replace the the whole Throttle body, as it is one complete unit. It is on the cheap too, only about £360.
