in my office at work we use the bt decor 1300, they are all on a switch board so you have to dial 9 to get an out side line. this worked fine when the phones were first baught but now when you dial 9 you dont get a dial tone but have to wait and guess when you dial the numbers. do i need to reset the phones or are the faulty. hope someone can help.
