Mend LG L19LID18 Power Button Time

Television L19LID18 does not work?

After some minutes the televison power button shows red and them some time later a signal appears i.e.
"NO CI MODULE" the set is only 4 months old. It was purchased in the UK but is now in Italy where it had been working perfectly.
