JVC GZ-MG335HU Camcorder?

Everything in the boat, including the camcorder, got wet from a wave. Now the only thing that comes up on the screen is "Camera temperature too low. Keep camera power on. Please wait." Also, the unit seems to work now only with AC power...not battery.
Any help woud be greatly appreciated! (o:
