Mend Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 DTI Diesel Ecu Injectors

my vectra wont start?

my 2.0 dti wont start just keeps turning over. the ecu light only comes on after turning it over for about 20 or 30 seconds. i've cracked the pipe off to the injectors and there is diesel there. how much diesl should come out?
