toyota esima 3ct auto?

My estima has had a new injection pump fitted to try and rectify this problem but is exactly the same somtimes it would start and run but now it wont start unless cranked over for a long time with foot to the floor and will only run at 1000rpm with foot on the floor. somtimes with the foot on the floor it will rise up to 3000rpm then totally die and need to be cranked over again to start. The diesel filter has been changed and there is diesel at the injectors. Is it the ecu? Can anybody help Thankss Charlie
