406 coupe?

used to be pin 5, but this is a blank now as all lights are controlled through bsi unit, from pin 13 of 16 pin black plug of bsi, to pins 1 and 2 on rear right light. pin 7 is an earth wire, pin 6 is from interior fusebox fuse 12, and pin 4 goes to left hand tail lamp. is fog light not working? have you had flat battery, or any work done on bsi or electrical equipment on vehicle? the foglamp can be switched off on bsi, as foreign countries dont require them. possible that it has been knocked off in configuration.
