Baxi105e pipe noises?

It wasn't a complete install though. The old boiler was taken out and the combi put in October 04 and has worked fine upto this winter. So has had plenty of use last winter with no problems. Something has moved somewhere though for this to start happening, my only problem though is the pipework was preinstalled before the dry lining walls were fixed which makes things a little more complicated. Your right with the rubbing sound because that's what I can hear every five minutes.
