fix my corsa carb . 1.0 3cyd breeze?

my 1.0 corsa breeze won`t idle it revs to 2000 rpm then drops to1000rpm then back up again

mine does the same, I've changed the EGR valve and the air flow meter with no joy, now been told to replace the carb body, and lamda sensor.
