tricity bendix dh 102 water coming out of small pipe behind cold fill inlet?

help
i have water coming from a small pipe (one of two, the other is red and plugged) located behind the water inlet panel , this problem has just shown up and pumps out when the machine is running even if this pipe is normaly plugged it must be a symptom of some other problem ?
any ideas or advice welcom
