how can i fix my jvc video camera?

my camera will play things i recorded before but when i try to record new things nothing comes up i think the lens is broke.can you help me?

My GR-D34E does the same. The screen shows slight changes when I move the camera around. From what I read so far it might be the ccd...Yuk!

I found a solution...
Deliver your JVC camcorder to you autorized JVC repairshop...
It's something wrong with some types of cameras...from JVC.
Check on JVC.com...support.

Hey John, i think i have the same problem...

When you turn it on to record is the screen just black?
I can record, then when i playback i can hear the sound fine, but i can't see anything!

What model do you have? Mine is a GR-DX75AG
