how can i fix it ?

Remove front cover from boiler case, inside at the bottom, you will see a silver box, on each side is a grab handle, pull on both sides firmly towards you, the cover should come away. inside the cover is the Bentone oil burner, on the front will be a clear plastic control with a green label possibly Satronic or EOGB, you will see an orange light showing, through the reset button, press button firmly and release, burner should run, and light upi after about 12 secs, if it is still running 20 secs later, all is probably well, in which case re fit the silver cover, make sure it is correctly located and pushed fully home. if burner locks out again, you will need an OFTEC registered oil engineer
