mini dirt bike and motor scooter?

i got a really old rupp roadster i bought it off my friend and he said that it would work if i get a new spark plug so i did then it went on but then after 2 weeks it started to go and stop when i hit the gas all the way so then not 2 long a go i bought another spark plug but when i hit the gas it dont move at all it just sits there when i hit the gas all the way i think its the rubber belt but it looks fine can u plzz till me what i should do plzzz.now i also got a 3000 tubo motor scooter that i got from my dads friend and where u pull the pully or wat ever its called broke so i took the black plastic out and i seen a socket there so i thought it would work if i put the socket on the drill and turn it and it did work but after a week or so it just turned off so i went to put it on again wit the drill and the thing wouldnt turn then i a week or so it started to turn but it wouldnt go on and my motor scooter could use a battery but i dont have one so can u tell me wat to do and if i have to bring it to a place can u tell me where in the bronx is there a place thank you so much can u also get back to me as soon as possible thank you
