pressure chamber switch possibly faulty.or a blocked or split pipe.
try this first remove top of machine and locate pressure switch( a round thing with wires on and a plastic tube)
remove tube and blow down pipe if you go red pipe is blocked trace the pipe down to the pressure chamber remove pipe and clean out the small hole of caked up washing power etc reassemble pipes both ends retry filling machine

check that the outlet hose is not lower than the drum , , it should be going up to the outlet pipe.
