How can I fix the tension on a door window blind?

The door window blind on my 2006 Ariva has lost it's tension. There is a plastic window surround panel inside the door hiding the blind roller, with no visible fixings. Anyone know how to remove it without damage? (Ready to start levering with a big screwdriver)

Sorry, can't help as I have exactly the same problem with my Lunar Stellar. If anyone can help, we will be very grateful. Must be something common to Lunars

Thanks for the reply,Bob, but the problem is that I can't get to the ends of the roller. It's covered by an inset panel on the inside of the caravan door. It's this panel with no visible fixings that I need to remove to be able to tension the roller as you have advised. I've tried a bit of prying but the plastic isn't very flexible and I'm a bit scared of smashing it.

Its a bugger of a job you need for hands but first look on each end one will have the adjuster bar put s/driver in it push in and turn clockwise I think to tension then release when in line of the locking shaft you pushed it out of. If you have to take it off then when replacing tape the side runners to the roll frame once the tops are fitted in slot and offer back into bottom bracket screw roll blind top screws in ensure the blind and net if fitted are in correct chennels.
Open the window wide as if you loose your rag when doing it you won't break the window throwing the screwdriver.
