Mend Necvox Dvd Insert Disc

how do i fix my necvox roof mounted dvd?

My roof mounted necvox dvd player, powers up and when i insert a disc, the disc spins but does not seem to read and the screen just says close. If I press any button, all I get is a hand on the screen. Can anyone help
