How can i fix it?

You can either lift the top deck by removing two screws at the front & lifting out the two clips at back. Get someone to hold it up while you remove first the agitator then pull the stainless bowl up & out. You can now clean out the outer plastic bowl & also get access to the top of the pump. You will have to empty as much water as possible by hand with a jug first. Alternatively, you can bail out as much water as possible, then carry the machine outside & remove the pump and allow the remaining water to flow out on to the ground.
