Mend Baxi Combi 130i Got

I have got a baxi combi 130i ?

the combi 130 i is making a sort of vibrating sound when the hot water or heating comes on, its so bad some times the bottom front cover comes off, it only started when we had a heated towel rail fitted, can you help.thanks
