Hi. Most likely reason is the divertor valve being faulty. Overhaul kits usually cost around £20 and takes around 1 - 2 hours to repair or complete new valve around £80. Don't try it yourself unless you are relatively mechanically skilled as you can make a lot of mess if system not drained down properly.
