rev counter + speedo as stop working on peugeot 206lx 1.4?

how do i fix these, i've had instrument panel apart but can't see anything wrong with wiring, is there anything i can do to check if it is panel thats faulty or wiring thats faulty i've also checked all fuses and they're ok please advise thanks kevin.
