Mend Westinghouse LT809S Leaking Water Machine

Westinghouse LT809S leaking water?

Water is leaking somewhere along the top at the back of my LT809S machine. I have disconnected the cold hose and cleaned out the filter, but water is still dripping out from there somewhere. Any ideas?
