mercedes c180 ignition and central locking fault?

im having so many problems with this. first i was told id lost the transponder chip from key so paid £190 for a new key. then was told car was still immobilised! took it to merc garage who have now said theres a problem with ignition switch!!! am getting really frustrated with this now and dont know where to go

i have a problem of starting my car. what happen is when is diagnosed it says , the car is not starting due a fault called 064 no input signal from the das, which is stopping the car from starting.

my car is stopped for about 7 month p/s help me
