Mend Weedeater Featherlite Starter Rope Trimmer

retie starter rope on weedeater featherlite trimmer?

I need to remove the housing to retie the starter rope on a weedeater featherlite trimmer. This model has the speed control line that passes through the housing from the trigger control to the carburetor linkage. It looks like I need to disconnect this line from the carburetor linkage to be able to remove the housing.
