worcester280rsf overheating on hot water demand on bath tap?

hi got a worcester 280 ,it overheats and trips out wen bath run ,seems to be ok with shower and sink taps operated ,have changed both sensers ,flow switch ,pump and fan ,had looked at gas to water exchanger seems clear no scaling to be seen any help appr

We have similar problem and have been advised to look at the air vent ( very cheap to replace)You have to drain the boiler down to replace.See our question May 2009 page 356
