It's a very common problem. Happens with the scenic's too. There is a small plastic clip that holds a spring in place, if it comes out, you need a new one as it cant be fixed without completely bodging it! Renault will charge approx £60 for the parts and about £12 for the paint. Can be fitted by a novice in about 45 minutes at the most!!!
