find the throttle cable from bulkhead to engine bay. perhaps get someone to press pedal and look for cable moving at end. there are different diesel engines but most cables stop at middle of engine. some 206;s had cables at nsf or osf of engine bay. on the end of outer cable there should be plastic threads and long silver clip. (these sometimes fall off) the clip butts up against rubber buffer. pull cable so only has a little free play and slide clip on upto rubber buffer. hope this helps.
