Mend DGlaze Door Lock Mechanism Doors

DGlaze Door locks ok - but can't move handle to unlock it?

The lock mechanism works fine when the door is open. The door also closes properly with no snags etc. Bu once the door is locked (handle up) it is nigh on impossible to unlock it.
